1. How do I purchase my tickets from TAPYOURTICKETS.COM?

The ticket purchase sequence is as below:

2. How many tickets can I purchase?

You can purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per transaction. 


3. What are the payment modes available?

Payment modes are Local and International VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX - debit/credit cards (with a 10 minutes wait duration)


4. How can I confirm the ticket I ordered has been purchased

You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order, confirming that the ticket you purchased has been successfully processed.


5. I have made my payment but did not receive any booking. What should I do? 

Please ensure that the confirmation email has not been redirected to your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder. If your confirmation email details are still missing, you can click on the 'Resend Booking Confirmation' link on the website to resend the confirmation e-mail. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via email at [email protected] for further assistance.


6. My booking has failed, but my credit card has been debited? What should I do?

This is a very rare situation and can occur in case of network fluctuations at the place at the time of transaction confirmation. Please contact us immediately via email at [email protected] for prompt assistance.


7. What should I do if I lose my ticket? 

We will not be held responsible for any loss of tickets. Please keep your e-ticket safe and do not share it with anyone.


8. Can I reserve a seat in advance?

There will be NO seat/ticket reservations.


9. Are the tickets refundable?

Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. 


The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.


10. Do I have to bring my e-ticket for the show?

Yes, you will need to bring a printed copy of your e-ticket.


11. The show was cancelled, and refunds have not been credited back to my debit/credit card account.

If there is a cancellation, refund processing may take 14-30 working days. Please note that the actual date and time for you to receive the refunded fees depends on your respective bank or institution and your mode of payment during purchase. Kindly email us at [email protected] if you didn’t receive your refund at the given time.


12. I tried to order my ticket, but the drop-down list didn't work. What should I do?

Please try refreshing the page once and delete your browser cache. If you still have problems, please email us at [email protected] and we will immediately check.


13. What is the best browser with TAPYOURTICKETS?

Our website currently supports Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Opera and we are trying to add support for other browsers as well.

We have optimized the website speed, to offer the best experience for customers, we also ask you to occasionally check your internet connection with an Internet Service Provider.
